100-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. This guarantee applies to all products unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description.

Free Returns

We offer free returns on any defective items, so you don't have to worry about covering the shipping label, we've got it sorted for you. Please note this doesn't apply to change-of-mind returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at help@edensuperfoods.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back with the address provided.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. 
  5. Please do not ship your product back without contacting our support team first as this can significantly delay the return process.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Refunds or free reshipments will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout unless we are notified of the address change before an order is fulfilled. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate.

If the recipient is unavailable at the first delivery attempt, the carrier will attempt delivery a second time. If delivery is refused, or the parcel is not accepted or collected after the final attempt, the carrier is unable to return the parcel to us and it will be destroyed. Because the goods cannot be recovered or resold, orders that are refused or unaccepted in this way are not eligible for a refund or free reshipment. If you no longer want your order, please contact us before refusing delivery so we can advise on the best option.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at help@edensuperfoods.com. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
