Free Returns

We offer free returns on any defective items, so you don't have to worry about covering the shipping label, we've got it sorted for you. Please note this doesn't apply to change-of-mind returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back with the address provided.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our team. 
  5. Please do not ship your product back without contacting our support team first as this can significantly delay the return process.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Refunds or free reshipments will not be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout unless we are notified of the address change within 24 hours of placing the order. Defective or Damaged Items
